Dear Foreign Leaders; Do Not Condemn My President
After the recent outbursts from people like Hugo Chavez of Venezuela and The President of Iran at the United Nations meeting in New York; the United States citizens are sending a message to the rest of the world and that is; Dear Foreign Leaders; Do Not Condemn My President. Why this switch all of a sudden and why are the citizens of the United States finally standing up for their president.
It is simple really, you see in the United States we agree to disagree and we engage in a healthy debate. Sometimes these debates are blasted around the world through the mass media television and appear to be out of hand, but they are not. Some people in other foreign countries who do not allow for freedom of speech think that we hate each other.
The citizens of the United States of America do not hate each other. We simply disagree on the means to get to the ends of the utopia we all seek. A nation even better and stronger than the one we currently have. By the way dear foreign leaders; perhaps you have not noticed that the United States of America is the greatest nation ever created in the history of the human species and we live here and we know that.
If we choose to be critical of our leaders we do so because we have the right to. So, do not come to our country as guests and a blast our leadership. You may not realize this but the United States of America and the American people stand together as one. Be forewarned and lighten up a little, we are also all in this same world together you see? It is time we come together in a common cause around the world and I thought that was what the United Nations was for; please correct me if I am wrong.
